Evelyn Cunningham, Civil Rights Reporter, Dies at 94
Ms. Cunningham covered many milestones of the era and later served as an aide to Gov. Nelson A. Rockefeller of New York.

"Ms. Cunningham married four times, taking the name of her third husband. Her fourth marriage was to Austin Brown, a Juilliard-trained pianist and watchmaker who died last year.
“Each one of my husbands tried to diminish my independence and my work,” Ms. Cunningham said in a profile in The New York Times in 1998. “They all loved me most while I was cooking — and I am not a good cook.”"

A False Dilemma for U.S. Colleges Standing Up to China - Room for Debate
The people in China responsible for banning foreign scholars are not the same as those signing exchange agreements with U.S. universities.
American universities have no power or right to interfere with the government of China.

Can U.S. Colleges Defend Academic Freedom? - Room for Debate
When China has banned scholars, U.S. universities haven't fought back. Should they be doing more do defend academic freedom?
There is no problem to be resolved.
The approach is inappropriate.  It shows an imperious attitude.
American academia has no power or right to interfere in the affairs of the Chinese Government.

London Protesters Disrupt Israeli Orchestra’s Concert
This reads as a wonderful evening of politics.
I would rather have the music of the orchestra.

Can We Trust Eyewitness Identifications? - Room for Debate
How can courts use eyewitness testimony and lineup IDs without overemphasizing their reliability?
The Courts cannot use eyewitness testimony without giving it undue weight.

I will meet with you any time and place I can fit into such a window.
With appropriate lead time I can get a relief in here for a longer window of time.
