  There is a problem here that I don't understand.
  Russia is in trouble. They sought help. They got advice. They grew an economy.
  They regrew a class system. We have grown a class system on the same advice.
  It looks very like there is a problem with the advice.
  The analysis is very sketchy. No conclusion yet.
