Amtrak officials said that they will have to sharply curtail use of the rail tunnels leading to New York City for at least a year to repair the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy.

I don't care what the phone has in memory.
The NSA has the messages from the net and the location of the end points from the packets.
They do not need to read minds to capture to the communications.
