A Maine woman, 18, said the order amounted to a wrongful termination of her parental rights. Welfare officials said the order was appropriate, given the severity of the child’s injuries.

A Stress Test for E.U. Energy Supplies

It's clear that an effective system for energy security requires many of the same elements as one for financial stability.
Banking and Financial Institutions; Natural Gas; Energy and Power

This is bad economics and bad engineering.
Europe is suffering from a failure of economic demand.
There is not enough spending to support the necessary demand.  This is what deflation means.  Supply will be the problem wilh a Russian cutoff of the gas pipelines.
The demand for gas is elastic. Rise in price will cut consumption and increase production, mostly through imports.  Quiet in North Africa would become much more important.
