Video: Cuomo and Biden Unveil La Guardia Plans

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of New York and Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. announced a plan to completely rebuild La Guardia Airport in New York by 2021.

La Guardia Airport is limited by air side capacity. 
No improvement in air side capacity is proposed.
Rail links will be some help. by reducing auto traffic.

The search for Austin Stephanos and Perry Cohen, the 14-year-olds who disappeared on Friday while fishing, moved into its fifth day.

The gulf stream is not cold but it moves at three to four miles per hour.

They are as much as four hundred miles from where they went into the water.
