Are You or Have You Ever Been a Lawyer?

What's good for the goose is ......... It's certainly arguable that this is payback for going after Bush's lawers in the DOJ. But, the questions being made are legitimate and the American electorate should know that there is a possible "conflict of interest" with a large contingent of lawyers in the Justice department. The electorate can sift thru the politial wrangling as long as we know the facts. Please NYT, give us the name of every detainee these 9 lawyers represented and their role in the DOJ that possibly could represent a conflict.

As I read it, The DOJ is accused of attacking defense lawyers. A lawyer is a good mercenary. They fight for the client. If they commit crimes, they are criminals. Every accused has the right to an effective defense. The detainees were denied this right.
