Dan Wyant, Michigan’s top environmental regulator, resigned after children in Flint were found to have higher blood-lead levels because of a cost-cutting move.

Gov. Rick Snyder, who apologized for what occurred in Flint, where elevated blood-lead levels have been found in children. In a cost-cutting move while it was under state emergency financial management a way has been found to destroy the town.
