It is work for an anatomist which I am not.  Figurative art was not a big part of my education.  Though I look with lust at Grey I have not yet yielded to temptation.  There are so many things to learn and not enough attention to learn them.
There are so many things that can be done during a wait.

There is no good way to use tobacco.  Just let the sot weed rot.

The process starts with paying work.
Paying work costs much less if the managers are not stealing.

Finally a Licensed Driver, on the 960th Try
      “She tried 960 times - http://nyti.ms/d0NGMi < Inspiring!”
That level of persistence is hard to imagine.
Just do it is the way.
No need to think about anything but solving the problem that has halted the progression.

PBS Plans Promotional Breaks Within Programs
“Noooo!! Sigh. It was inevitable. NYT: PBS Plans Promotional Breaks Within Programs - http://nyti.ms/maNPYq”

Let us react badly.  Very badly.  Reacting badly may be difficult.  Thinking.

    The Bilingual Advantage
Among other benefits, the regular use of two languages appears to delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease symptoms.
Go with it.  I have no expectation of Alzheimer's but would love to talk more and explore language more.  It is late for accent free fluency for me.

      Fast Times at Woodside High
The kids really are just fine.  Getting them into college may be a project but there should be a program that would be glad to have any of them.  They may have to spend a year in community college to prove they can do the work or to learn to meet expectations.

Charting Anxiety and Pessimism in Dogs
“How to know if your dog is depressed or just in a bad mood. http://nyti.ms/dzjs0d”
"Dogs that express serious anxiety when alone may need treatment, as it could be a sign of unhappiness and instability."
It is a good thing the treatment is simple and effective in young dogs.
      Older dogs have bigger blocks.

Brazilian Blowout Hair-Straightening Solution Is Scrutinized
“Brazilian Blowout might have formaldehyde. Glad I just towel dry and go - http://nyti.ms/9TYtb6”
"A popular hair-straightening treatment"  Not your problem.
You don't suffer from the "woollies".  Corn rows are one fix. Beads are another.  Dreds if it is really bad.  Betty Boop is not a bad look.
Oregon has them on the evidence.
They are going to have to prove that formaldehyde is absent.

    It’s Not About You
America needs to adjust its message to college graduates.
    Not so much.
"They enter a bad job market, the hangover from decades of excessive borrowing. They inherit a ruinous federal debt."
Neither of these things is true.
Misstating the cause of things has made things really bad.
And yes, it is about them.
The aging children are all the future we have.
Most of us adults can and do take care of ourselves.
The children will have to do the same.
We will help as we can but it is only help.

Showing Gay Teens a Happy Future
A new online video channel is reaching out to teenagers who are bullied at school for being gay. The message: life really does get better after high school.
Sooner is better. ----------- As soon as you can is best.
