Defense and Military Forces; Motorcycles, Motor Bikes and Motorscooters; Oil (Petroleum) and Gasoline

The North Koreans have been seen to charter any loaded tanker not under contract.

China Looks to High-Speed Rail to Expand Reach

For China, the strategic importance of a proposed line can barely be overstated: It would provide an alternate to the longer and increasingly contentious trip through the South China Sea.
High-Speed Rail Projects; Transportation; Railroads; International Relations

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin-to-Baghdad_Railway

The Chinese rail system will not be built in the next few decades.
The low cost of Chinese goods is a temporary condition.  It may endure another twenty years.
As change slows with the limits of the physical world automation will drop the demand for manual labor.
Empowered labor will insist on living wages and demographic collapse will limit the entering cohorts.
When goods flow is into China the rails will connect.
