Panel Releases Proposal to Set U.S. Standards for Education

The new standards, which experts said could well be adopted by a majority of states, would replace the nation’s checkerboard of locally written standards.

I still don't know what the standards are.

What could they be when the teachers in Alabama could not graduate from a New York high school.

The biology teachers in Kentucky are not allowed to pass the N Y regents.

I may be slandering these great states.
