sense of safety? rapists are released from prison, bodies soon lie in their wake. so releasing prisoners for budget cuts? how about legalizing marijuana and the world's oldest profession!!!! this would empty our jails, courts and precincts, while saving money and making more room for real criminals to remain in the system,
