These are not "hot" markets.

Of the group the Seattle area is my preference.
I can deal with any of them at need.

The reactionary agenda is defeated.
The GOP is fighting a rear guard action without real hope of defeating social safety net spending.
The Democratic party coalition is reassembling itself.
I expect that labor unions will be legitimized.
