Fines for Agents Who Show Illegal Dwellings

A City That Turns Garbage Into Energy Copes With a Shortage

Oslo, where roughly half the city and most of its schools are heated by burning garbage, is forced to import garbage to supply its waste-to-energy incinerating plants.
Waste Materials and Disposal; Recycling of Waste Materials; Energy and Power; Alternative and Renewable Energy;

There are enormous quantities of crop waste (wheat straw, corn hush and stalk . . . ) that should be burned for pest and disease control.  Chop & briquette, ship by rail and barge.  Animal waste treatment is a business opportunity.  I wonder about human waste incineration.  It is done for disposal at Baltimore.

He Left a Fortune, to No One

Roman Blum, a Holocaust survivor who died at 97 without any known heirs and without a will, left an estate worth nearly $40 million.
Wills and Estates; Holocaust and the Nazi Era;

This is not the worst plan for an estate without an heir.
One makes money because it is far better than being poor.
His lawyer will do well.  His friends did well.  I expect his relationship with his temple was not comfortable.  It sounds like he had little use for Zionism and no use at all for Poland and Germany.
The state and nation that gave him a home and a business get the use of his fortune until the heir he could not find is revealed.
Very nice.

I will not discuss trusts with you by guess.
