There is satellite net service available from Dish.  There is a mobile package called Tailgate.  Possibly one can get the Tailgate system with up link capability.  Phone services work better without the delays getting signal from and to the satellites.  Sprint has had unlimited data.

My Family will probably have to get a home health aid. 

Services are creeping back.  Power is not common.  Still no phone at home.
