The experts will read the tea leaves or there will shortly be a bomb shell announcement.

An invasion of Iran or another occupation of Iraq.  Possibly an escalation in Afghanistan and hostilities with Pakistan.   
Pakistan has nuclear weapons and will use them if existentially threatened.
India is a big and easy target though it also has nuclear weapons.

Probably the project is Iran.
It would please Israel and Saudi.
Such a project would draw General Assembly sanctions.

That would please Putin and Trump.
