After nine people were killed in an earthquake on Friday on the island of Kyushu, a more powerful temblor struck the same area, killing at least 11."Kyushu is home to the only Japanese nuclear power station currently in operation, the Sendai Nuclear Power Plant, about 75 miles southwest of Mashiki.
