The government of Greece does not appear to be appealing the death sentence pronounced by the ECB for the twenty fifth. 
There are other problems with the behavior of Brussels.
If there is no patch things will get much more chaotic.

An easy appeal would be for the government of Greece to issue soverign bonds to cover the next few months budget in the next few days and deposit them for credit before the ban.  We will see.
