Tragedy of Comecy

In an e-mail exchange with the author of a book on “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” some bonding over the demise of the romantic comedy.

Maureen Dowd grieves over the ruins and almost discovers the causality. I can blame this on the fiduciary responsibility of the producers. Why should they pay for art when Hack work will do the job? The writer makes the film.

We are writing our story as we go. No existing script will exactly fit. I think I am on as henryc.
