Judge Blocks Deep-Water Drilling Moratorium

The White House said it would appeal the decision of a federal judge in New Orleans, who blocked a six-month moratorium on deep-water drilling projects.

So we have a restart and seven months of shut down. I wonder how many iterations it will take?
