A new community-supported agriculture program brings upstate produce to the South Bronx — and the potential for residents to own shares in a farm.

The jobbers for small traders must have been eliminated. there were push carts and vending trucks that did the local small trade. Again it is early hours and good relations. As I understand it it is a dicker market, traders buying truckloads and selling cases and dozens of cases. The "Green" markets have skimmed some of the small trade.
