Marijuana Fuels a New Kitchen Culture
As a recreational stoner, I learned a long time ago to make the most of the munchies. Why get baked and fat on crap junk food when, with a little planning, I can really treat myself. I start off with some lovely charcuterie, move to a delicious lovingly prepared and healthful entre, then a salad with some quality veggies, bitter greens and top olive oil, a cheese course, and finally some thing sweet. When the food is quality and the flavors intense, there's no need to gorge. I take my time, enjoy my buzz and I'm still a size 6.
The weed never did anything for me. I tend to just pass it on when it comes by.
