      Nice pictures.  You could try the techniques.  
      Most cameras have a self timer.  I use it instead of a cable release.Set up the shot.  Set the timer. Toe your marks and strike the pose.

    The Bilingual Advantage
    Among other benefits, the regular use of two languages appears to delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease symptoms.
    Go with it.  I have no expectation of Alzheimer's but would love to talk more and explore language more.  It is late for accent free fluency for me.

      The kids really are just fine.  Getting them into college may be a project but there should be a program that would be glad to have any of them.  They may have to spend a year in community college to prove they can do the work or to learn to meet expectations.

    It’s Not About You
    America needs to adjust its message to college graduates.
    Not so much.
    "They enter a bad job market, the hangover from decades of excessive borrowing. They inherit a ruinous federal debt." 
    Neither of these things is true.
    Misstating the cause of things has made things really bad.
    And yes, it is about them.  
    The aging children are all the future we have.
    Most of us adults can and do take care of ourselves. 
    The children will have to do the same.  
    We will help as we can but it is only help.
