Government Bonds;
Organized Labor;
Governments are contractually bound to meet their pension obligations.
They must get the income. The right way is to start the economy so that taxes will be paid and bonds will earn a reasonable rate of return.
This means the federal government must spend money employing the population. The federal government is blocked by the spending cap imposed by the GOP.
