Cultural differences. We can consult game theory for a first parse. That will not be very useful but it will start the thought process on the mechanics of games. We can consider Hoyle, we can consider law, we can consider religion we can consider war, both the strategic and the tactical aspects. Philosophy enters early and often.

The pot is getting full time to find the commonalities. Skill, Chance, probabilities, economics, acess to resources, connectivity, coupling, impedance.
