A wood burning oven is not bought. It is built. Just a brick arch with grates and draft controle. The fire is along the walls. the fire runs up under the arch and heats the cavity a little ash and smoke gets to the food. the floor is often flour-water paste on brick or it can be tile. Food goes in and out with a peel.
