In Same-Sex Ruling, an Eye on the Supreme Court

Appeals court judges and Supreme Court justices could find themselves boxed in by Judge Vaughn R. Walker’s opinion striking down California’s ban on same-sex marriages.

The decision is as good as it gets at this level. The Supreme Courts Best option is to refuse to hear the appeal.
