Come Again, Republicans?

Republicans, who claim to be worried about the deficit, are suddenly determined to overturn one of health care reform’s central cost-control mechanisms.

If programs the GOP objects to are obviously broken they think they can more easily end them. They try to break those programs. If their friends get rich in the process that is better.
