The Israelis remember the result of passive resistance against the Third Reich. They are understandably reluctant to go that route. They also saw the collapse of the Raj and the Equality Movement's victory. I think they are prepared to take a third path. The result of that path would be reservation life for most if not all Palestinians. Extrateritorial refugee camps are not a peace, therefore there will be no peace.
