The US goverment has known since 1948 that there would be no peace in the Levant while the Israelis were there. Noise to the contrary is for domestic consumption.
They not only can, they must. Both companies are "selling the Sizzle, not the steak". Coke has market power. Honest Tea has a product. They need each other as they are. If either becomes the other there is no logic to the relationship.

Goes for many relationships.
It is his goal. He is selling access to advertisers. Deal with it.
"If you don't file, you can't be allowed".
This looks like a "Not guilty" for Transocean.
