Punishing the Unemployed

A coalition of the heartless, the clueless and the confused is blocking extended unemployment benefits. What can be done?

A heartless but easy thing to do is nothing. Let the pain and the responsibility for the pain mature. See that it comes to a head just before the election in November.

Nothing short of that will educate the Republican party.
