The Constitution Trumps Arizona

The Obama administration was forthright in legally challenging Arizona’s pernicious immigration law. In the meantime, President Obama can take steps to undermine the law.

I am unsure of the argument but approve of the action. Let us catch criminals and convict them. There is no need for more criminal law in this area.
