Take Justice Off the Ballot

States can avoid political campaigns for judgeships by adopting a merit selection system that still lets voters decide who sits on the bench.

Sounds good but the circumstance of an insane party disqualifies it.

I will take open election as the selection method. I have voted consistently against the "right to life party" and the Republican party.
