Justices Bar Life Terms for Youths Who Haven’t Killed

life without parole for a child(who did not take a life)... who if they had ever really been a child, would not be in this predicament...dreadful. but what do we do with those "children" who have perpetrated other violent acts? what happens when they are released, as we all know to well there is no rehabilitation where they were imprisoned. in order to a second chance to be a viable opportunity, these young people must be shown a way that is not outside the law.
