BP Kept Using Toxic Chemical in Gulf After E.P.A. Deadline

I keep wondering, what if? What if the latest miracle fix doesn't work? What if the one after that doesn't work? What if? What if attempts to drill relief wells don't go as planned? What if a series of storms halt that work? What if? What if, by the time it finally stops, the Gulf of Mexico, and waters for thousands of miles in every direction, are soiled beyond repair? What if another one blows up in the meantime? What if.....

If enough bad things happen we are all dead. Fix what you can. Avoid what can't be fixed. Be prepared for what can be predicted. plan for more disasters than happen. Planning ahead works far better than improvising under pressure. Plans are cheap.
