Trying to Break Down Resistance to the Census

If people would just put down any name, number of people or whatever they wanted to enter, they would not be bothered further.

Just tell the truth. Nothing but the abstracted numbers gets into the public record for twenty(?) years. There is no direct reporting to any other agency.

Or so I am told. Truth is simpler. Use it.
