Questions for School on Bullying and a Suicide

My thought is the teens should be punished for their bullying. The teachers can "not" be held accountable for the teens behavior they were unaware of. I wonder if the victims parents did anything? Did they complain to the school? It is rare we are held accountable for suicides or other peoples poor behavior like these by these bullying teens; we are all ultimately responsible for our own behavior. Although once parents or teachers are aware they have a responsiblity to intervene in any incidence of abuse. I don't think the parents or teachers knew what was going on or the extent of it. Now the teens need to be held accountable for their behavior. I hope the teens are punished but not with felonies thats a big ridiculous.
