In Sour Home Market, Buying Often Now Beats Renting

Renting is a good idea if you are a short term thinker and always wisely invest in superior stocks that never decline in value. However, unlike boards of directors, you can control the value of your own house through buying an undervalued house in a good location, and then improving it. After 30 years of doing exactly that I now live quite comfortably on rental income from fully paid for homes. Thank you, renters!

"The most striking part of the current situation may be that despite everything that has happened in the last few years, there are still places where renting does not get enough respect."

Circumstances altercations.
