the coronavirus. After the state objected, the White House got involved.
Now the tribe has asked a federal judge to intervene.

There appears little doubt that Gov. Kristi Noem acted improperly.
The question will go to court.
For now the state of North Dakota should be enjoined from acting against the tribal health and travel checks.
