An 11-Year-Old Girl Is Gang Raped in India and Blamed for It, Too

By KAI SCHULTZ and SUHASINI RAJ | Jul 28th 2018
When the police in Chennai, India, arrested 17 men accused of assaulting the girl, there was a wave of public fury. Then the narrative changed.

India is a sovereign nation.

The world can take no action in India without the permission of the government of India.

Only the government of India can change the culture of India directly.
Diplomacy or manipulated trade can be deployed.

This is a report of a deplorable situation.
